Sweater Mug Workshop

Service Description

Join us for a unique crafting experience as you design and decorate your own functional mug, complete with an adorable sweater-inspired cozy. Perfect for sipping hot chocolate or your favorite beverage, these charming mugs make for great gifts or a cozy addition to your own collection. You will learn how to make a mug using slab construction and adding texture. This workshop is suitable for all skill levels including total beginners. What's Included: - All materials, including clay, tools will be provided. - Bisque firing IMPORTANT NOTE: Glazing is not included in this workshop. Your mug will be ready for glazing approximately 4 weeks after your workshop. You can book a glazing session and paint and glaze your mug. The cost of glazing will be $15.

Cancellation Policy

1. Request for cancellation or transfer: Refunds or transfers will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop. All cancellation requests should be sent via email to info@mitraceramichouse.com 2. Cancellation: Our workshops require at least 3 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, you will be notified by email or text message and entitled to a full refund, transfer, or credit. Please check your email before attending the workshop. If you change your mind and you want to cancel your booking, 5% transaction fee will apply, the rest of amount will be refunded to your account. We suggest of rescheduling your booking instead of cancelling. 3. Collection dates: Your un-glazed pieces will be ready for collection 3 weeks after your workshop. If your workshop includes glazing your glazed pieces will be ready approximately 8 weeks after your workshop. It is student's responsibility to follow up with the studio by email regarding the pickup dates. 4. Storage: Due to the limited storage availability at our studio, we are able only to keep your items up to 12 weeks after your workshop. Uncollected work will be donated or repurposed. 5. Pottery breakage: In the unfortunate case where your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln, Mitra Ceramic House do not offer refunds, as this is the nature of firing process.
