Service Description
During this session you will learn how to paint or glaze your pieces. * Glazes & brushes will be provided. * Session fee varies and it will depend on the number of items, the weight of items you would like to glaze and the time you spend in the studio. The students who have done a wheel taster or FriClay workshop, the cost of glazing is approximately 15-18$ per piece. The students who have done a 6-weeks course at our studio or they have more than 5 items to glaze, require a 1.5 hour or 2-hrs for glazing. the following formula will be used for the cost calculation: 35$ per hour for glazing plus 12$ per kg for firing * Please only book a glazing session when you are sure your items are fired and ready for glazing. (Preferably 6 weeks after your workshop date)

Cancellation Policy
1. Request for cancellation or transfer: Refunds or transfers will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop. All cancellation requests should be sent via email to info@mitraceramichouse.com 2. Cancellation: Our workshops require at least 3 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, you will be notified by email or text message and entitled to a full refund, transfer, or credit. Please check your email before attending the workshop. If you change your mind and you want to cancel your booking, 5% transaction fee will apply, the rest of amount will be refunded to your account. We suggest of rescheduling your booking instead of cancelling. 3. Collection dates: Your un-glazed pieces will be ready for collection 3 weeks after your workshop. If your workshop includes glazing your glazed pieces will be ready approximately 8 weeks after your workshop. It is student's responsibility to follow up with the studio by email regarding the pickup dates. 4. Storage: Due to the limited storage availability at our studio, we are able only to keep your items up to 12 weeks after your workshop. Uncollected work will be donated or repurposed. 5. Pottery breakage: In the unfortunate case where your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln, Mitra Ceramic House do not offer refunds, as this is the nature of firing process.
