Service Description
Step into the world of textured ceramics in this hands-on workshop where you'll design and sculpt your own clay relief artwork—a decorative piece that brings images and texture to life through depth and dimension. 🔸 What You’ll Make: One ceramic relief sculpture (wall-hanging or freestanding tile) Approx. 20–25 cm in size Choose from a selection of beginner-friendly designs Techniques include carving, layering, and texturing 🔸 What’s Included: All clay, tools, and underglazes Step-by-step guidance from your instructor Bisque firing (pieces ready for pickup in approx. 5 weeks) 🔸 Workshop Details: No experience needed – beginners welcome! Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours Feel free to bring your favorite drink to enjoy while creating Ideal for individuals, creative dates, or small groups Maximum 4 students per session to ensure personalized attention 🔸 Important Notes: Photos shown are examples. The session focuses on designs suitable for beginners, with more advanced options available for experienced participants. If you're unable to finish your piece during the session, tools will be provided to take it home, so you can complete it and return it for firing.

Cancellation Policy
1. Request for cancellation or transfer: Refunds or transfers will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop. All cancellation requests should be sent via email to info@mitraceramichouse.com 2. Cancellation: Our workshops require at least 3 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, you will be notified by email or text message and entitled to a full refund, transfer, or credit. Please check your email before attending the workshop. If you change your mind and you want to cancel your booking, 5% transaction fee will apply, the rest of amount will be refunded to your account. We suggest of rescheduling your booking instead of cancelling. 3. Collection dates: Your un-glazed pieces will be ready for collection 3 weeks after your workshop. If your workshop includes glazing your glazed pieces will be ready approximately 8 weeks after your workshop. It is student's responsibility to follow up with the studio by email regarding the pickup dates. 4. Storage: Due to the limited storage availability at our studio, we are able only to keep your items up to 12 weeks after your workshop. Uncollected work will be donated or repurposed. 5. Pottery breakage: In the unfortunate case where your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln, Mitra Ceramic House do not offer refunds, as this is the nature of firing process.
